Cancellation Policy

At Dermadoc Aesthetic Clinic, we strive to provide the highest level of care and service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to accommodate all

appointments effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notice Period

We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in

advance of your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients in need

of treatment.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may be

subject to a deposit forfeiture.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”)

may be required to pay a percentage of the service fee before booking future

appointments.

3. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel due

to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess your

situation with understanding and flexibility.

4. Rescheduling

Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment may do so within the policy time

frame without penalty, subject to availability.

5. Deposit Policy (if applicable)

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. If an appointment is canceled

within the required notice period, this deposit may be refunded or applied to a future

appointment.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

make any changes to your appointment. Our team is happy to assist with

rescheduling to a more convenient time.
